And with the switch it would only do that on the forum creation in acp if you check the box on.See only if it's a clicks forum. And in a different click forum it wouldn't if the box is not checked.
All the other links in the forum would not unless you have the open exterior links in a window extension.

Without this selection in the acp then all click forums would open in a new window by editing the template like I did.
